Concerning the proposed guarantor, the data collected are the surname and first name, civility, nationality, date and place of birth, telephone number, email and postal addresses, legal documents (identity, visa, proof of income), bank identity statement, professional and financial situation, real estate ownership, contact details of the guarantor organization. The data collected is kept for different periods depending on the stage of the contractual relationship. Prospect data is kept for three years from the last contact with the company. In the context of a contractual relationship, personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and five years in archiving from the end of the contractual relationship. 

Right of access, rectification, opposition

In accordance with the regulations in force, the user has the following rights: right of access and rectification, updating, completeness of his data; right to block or erase personal data, when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited; right to withdraw consent at any time; right to restriction of data processing; right to object to data processing; right to the portability of his data, when this data is subject to automated processing based on consent or on a contract; right to define the fate of his data after his death and to choose to whom the site will have to communicate (or not) his data to a third party that they will have previously designated.
