Concerning the proposed guarantor, the data collected are the surname and first name, civility, nationality, date and place of birth, telephone number, email and postal addresses, legal documents (identity, visa, proof of income), bank identity statement, professional and financial situation, real estate ownership, contact details of the guarantor organization. The data collected is kept for different periods depending on the stage of the contractual relationship. Prospect data is kept for three years from the last contact with the company. In the context of a contractual relationship, personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and five years in archiving from the end of the contractual relationship. 

Right of access, rectification, opposition
